In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing the wd126 website, registering an Account, or using any of the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions as published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and refrain from registering an Account or placing any wager. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Use of the wd126 Platform and Services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any court order, mental incapacity ruling, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended wd126 Account. Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one Account. Opening duplicate accounts is grounds for immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on the wd126 Platform or any associated gaming network at the time of registration or use.

To access the full range of wd126 Services, you must register a Member Account by completing the online registration form and providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. The registration process requires the following:

• A valid and unique email address that you own and control.
• A unique username that does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or impersonate any individual or entity.
• A strong password of at least 8 characters, combining upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Your full legal name, date of birth, and residential address in Indonesia, as they appear on your government-issued identity document (KTP or equivalent).
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number for SMS OTP two-factor authentication.

wd126 reserves the right to require additional KYC documentation at any stage, including but not limited to: a copy of your national identity card (KTP), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, and a photograph of you holding your identity document. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by wd126 support may result in the suspension of your Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. wd126 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login details. You must notify wd126 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

5.1 Deposits. wd126 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian members: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). All deposits are credited to your Account wallet in real time or within the processing time disclosed on the deposit screen for each payment method. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. wd126 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the wd126 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. wd126 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

5.3 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) unless the Member has elected to maintain a cryptocurrency wallet balance, in which case the applicable cryptocurrency unit (USDT, BTC, or ETH) is used. Currency conversion rates for cryptocurrency transactions are applied at the live mid-market rate at the time of each transaction and are displayed for your confirmation before the transaction is finalised.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. wd126 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored by automated and human compliance teams. wd126 may delay, block, or report any transaction that triggers AML alert thresholds. By using the Platform, you confirm that all funds deposited originate from legitimate personal income or savings and are not derived from criminal activity.

• Deposits may only be funded from payment accounts held in your own name. Using accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — is prohibited.
• wd126 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions without prior notice.
• Suspicious transaction reports may be filed with relevant financial intelligence authorities where legally required.

wd126 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to the Indonesian cultural calendar (Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year / Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day, among others). All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" on the promotion page, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is displayed clearly on each promotion page prior to claiming.
• Eligible Games: Bonus funds may be restricted to specific game categories (e.g., slots only, live casino only) as stated in the promotion terms. Wagers placed on restricted games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 or 30 days from the date of crediting, as specified on the promotion page. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited without prior notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the promotion explicitly states that it may be combined with other offers. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in cancellation of all active bonuses.
• Abuse Prevention: wd126 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other strategy inconsistent with good-faith gaming.

All bets and wagers placed on the wd126 Platform are governed by the specific rules of each game or betting market as published on the relevant game or sportsbook page. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. The following general rules apply across all betting verticals on wd126:

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member. Confirmation is indicated by the issuance of a unique bet reference number on the bet slip or game history screen.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets will only be accepted if the Member's Account balance is sufficient to cover the full stake at the time the bet is placed. Partial or credit-based betting is not available on wd126.
• Palpable Errors: wd126 reserves the right to void any bet accepted due to a manifest or obvious error in odds, game configuration, or system data (a "palpable error"). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member's Account without any winnings. wd126 will not be liable for any loss of expected winnings arising from a palpable error correction.
• Sportsbook Void Events: In the event that a sporting event covered by wd126's sportsbook is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or declared void by the relevant sporting authority, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for abandoned in-play events are detailed on the Sportsbook rules page.
• RNG Games: All slot, table game, and video poker outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are independent, unpredictable, and not influenced by previous outcomes, bet sizes, or the identity of the player. RNG certification certificates are available on request.
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws conducted through wd126 use results from officially published draws by recognised lottery operators in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney. wd126 acts as an intermediary platform and is not the draw operator. Disputed draw results will be resolved by reference to the official draw operator's published results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wd126 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including deposits and winnings), and may result in civil or criminal legal proceedings:

• Opening more than one Account, whether under the same identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration, during KYC verification, or in any communication with wd126.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, gain unfair advantage, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to influence game or betting outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or matched betting designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Exploiting software errors, misconfigured odds, game glitches, or any other technical vulnerability to obtain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wd126 staff, support agents, or other members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or proprietary systems of the Platform.
• Using another Member's Account, credentials, or payment details without their explicit consent.

All content on the wd126 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, software code, graphics, written content, promotional materials, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of wd126 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content; scrape, frame, or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or service; or remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of wd126's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

wd126 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is stored securely using AES-256 encryption and is accessible only to authorised wd126 personnel on a need-to-know basis.
• Transaction data is retained for a minimum of five years for AML compliance purposes.
• wd126 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wd126 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures, even if wd126 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

wd126's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 10.000.000 (ten million Rupiah), whichever is lower.

Nothing in this clause shall operate to limit or exclude wd126's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by wd126's gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by wd126; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12.1 By wd126. wd126 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or inaccurate registration information.
• Receipt of a legal order, regulatory instruction, or court direction requiring account closure.
• Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. A monthly dormancy fee of Rp 25.000 may be deducted from dormant Account balances, to a minimum balance of Rp 0.

12.2 By the Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting wd126 support. Upon closure, any remaining verified Account balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account, whether by wd126 or by you, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked, and you must cease all use of the Services. Any outstanding bets placed prior to termination will be settled in accordance with the standard betting rules applicable to each market.

wd126 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its members. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic. wd126 provides the following tools and resources to help all members maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account via the Account Settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure automatic time-on-site reminders that display a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying total time played and net win/loss for the current session can be enabled in Account Settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently, by contacting wd126 support. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked and no new deposits, bets, or bonus claims will be accepted. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the amendment notice, which will be no earlier than 7 days after the notice is first published for material changes. For changes required by law, regulation, or emergency security reasons, amendments may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles and the internal policies of wd126 as an internationally licensed and regulated platform.

In the event of any dispute between you and wd126, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting wd126 customer support at [email protected]. wd126 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt. For complex matters, resolution may take up to 30 calendar days, during which wd126 will keep you informed of progress.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 calendar days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
